The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Butlet and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
Butlet reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the App at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Butlet makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the App or the information, content, materials, or products included on the App.
To the full extent permissible by applicable law, Butlet disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
In no event shall Butlet, its directors, officers, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.
Butlet reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use the App after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the App.
